Sunrise Wood Products started in 1983, during an era when craftsmanship and real wood furnishings were coming back in style. A fine crew of seasoned woodworkers was assembled with the mission of rekindling Old World Craftsmanship. The timing was right, and the business flourished, as the interest and demand for fine wood products was intense. Sunrise supplied many homes and businesses with wood furnishings in traditional styles using modern tools and machinery.

In 1999, Sunrise Wood Products became part of the Lumber Products family. This marriage brought to Lumber Products a source for doors and accessories in unique styles and wood species. Their ability to market and distribute these products proved to be a successful endeavor for Sunrise and Lumber Products.

As Sunrise grew in sales and production, it became necessary to find a larger facility. Sunrise eventually had the opportunity to help design and build a new “state-of-the-art” building, increasing our capacities for production. The building was completed in March 2005. Along with the building, we acquired traditional and “high tech” equipment, including a pair of sanding machines 52” wide with overhead and orbital sanding capabilities, and a “one of a kind” German engineered and built C.N.C tenoner.

Sunrise Wood Products currently has 42 employees working together to build doors and accessories in a wide variety of styles and wood species. With Lumber Products, we distribute these products throughout the western United States.

Our mission is to continue growing while offering fine quality wood products at a fair price. We strive to give timely quotes, design assistance, and delivery of product when the customer needs it.
